Doubletree Suites Lake City
Ownership needed all public spaces (including the atrium lobby, front desk, restaurant/bar, and indoor pool) remodeled in less than 90 days. When other procurement companies required a minimum of six months, DFI leveraged its deep factory relationships to expedite production and complete the project ahead of schedule. All with minimal interruption to hotel operations.

The Sandbourne
Ownership urgently needed to replace aging balcony doors before the seasonal rains. DFI swiftly stepped in, providing new balcony door systems for the entire project on time, while saving the client 35% compared to the lowest replacement bid.
